The following comments were provided by his daughter, Mary Francis (Krig)Stim:spouse: Harris, Suvia (*1908 - 1936)
"When John was born, he was given the name Paul Presnell Kring by hisparents. They called him Jack all his life. When he signed up to gointo the Navy during World War II, they asked him for his name and hereplied "Jack", so they wrote down John and asked for his middle name. Hesaid my name is Paul so they put that for his middle name. Thus hebecame John Paul Kring. After the war he had his name legally changed toJohn Paul."
"Burial: 31 December, 1990, East Resthaven Park Cemetery, Maricopa,AZ. Suvis Harris Kring is buried in Nogalas, Santa Cruz County, AZ."
